Check-Out Process/Payment
In placing an order, you agree to provide only true, accurate and complete information during the check out process. To place an order, please call us directly and clarify any questions or concerns you might have prior to payment. We can be reached by telephone at: 303.298.8432. All orders must be paid in full and will be charged to a valid credit card number provided by the purchaser and that is accepted by Zeitgeist. Orders payed through the mail must be paid in full via personal check, business check, or money order.

Shipping All shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. Zeitgeist will use our preferred shipper and bill the charge back to the purchaser, or will work with the purchaser and their own shipper. Zeitgeist shall not be responsible for any loss, damage, cost or expense related to any delay in shipment or delivery. Purchaser must carefully inspect all merchandise prior to accepting delivery. Shipping is usually free for new items but some restrictions and limitations apply. Orders being shipped outside the continental United States require specialized delivery quotes. Please call us at 303.298.8432 with the shipping address and the items you would like to purchase. Please allow three business days for a complete shipping quote. Shipments overseas are subject to inspection and possible delay by custom officials or representatives of other government agencies. For additional information, contact your governmental authorities.

Order Cancellations/Returns All sales are final. All vintage items are described as accurately as possible. Please call with any questions prior to purchasing. New items may only be exchanged for store credit.

Taxes Zeitgeist shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within Colorado, at the current rate of 7.6%.

Warranty Zeitgeist does not manufacture nor warrant the items sold through ZMODERN.COM but we will work with you on exercising the rights you may have been granted with regard to any manufacturer's warranty on any item purchased from us.
